QNEK Productions Season 2007
DERBY LINE, VT | Award Winning, QNEK Productions, Resident Theatre Company at the Haskell Opera House - 14th Season filled with Fantastic Foolery.
With the incredible success of the Lucky 13th Season under their belts, QNEK has embarked on yet another frontier…. Kingdom to Kingdom. The United Kingdom meets the Northeast Kingdom. All shows wave the Union Jack!
Mud Season Madness - The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) by Jess Borgenson, Adam Long, and Daniel Singer. The Bard of Avon's entire output distilled into 97 minutes of mistaken identities, cross-dressing, thwarted lovers, tragic kings and queens ….a perfect evening of culture shock…especially for those who are Shakespeare-challenged. If you loved the comedy of Nunsense, the familiarity of Forever Plaid, and the wildness of improv …don't miss this. Three actors perform all of Shakespeare's work at high-speed. April 27, 28, May 4, 5, 7:30 p.m.and April 29 matinee, 2:00 p.m.
Fall Foliage, Tour du Leaf - Over There, Over Here, devised by Lynn Leimer and Susan-Lynn Johns. A mellifluous revue of songs from British composers combined with songs from American musicals based on British plays. They say a musical's a success if the audience leaves whistling the tunes. We promise you'll be breathless by the time you reach the street! September 21, 22, 7:30 p.m. and September 23, matinee 2:00 p.m.
